DFW Concrete Contractor
Patios, driveways, sidewalks, stamped concrete, and structural slabs built to last in North Texas clay soil — engineered base, proper rebar, and a written warranty.
DFW Concrete Contractor across DFW
Texas soil moves. The difference between a concrete project that lasts 30 years and one that cracks in three is base prep, rebar layout, and expansion joint design — not the concrete itself. We engineer every Yearby concrete project for the soil it sits on, and we line-item the scope so you can see exactly what you're paying for. Stamped, broom-finish, decorative borders, integral color — all installed by the same crew, all backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Why DFW homeowners choose Yearby

- ▸Proper rebar layout, not wire mesh
- ▸Stamped, broom, salt finish, and decorative options

DFW Concrete Contractor FAQs
How thick should my patio or driveway be?+
Patios: 4" minimum with #4 rebar. Driveways: 5" minimum with #4 rebar grid. We pour to actual engineering, not the minimum bid spec.
Is stamped concrete worth it?+
Yes — it adds 30–50% to project cost but doubles curb appeal and resale value. Stamped concrete also outlasts pavers in DFW because there are no joints to weed.
How long does concrete take to cure before I can use it?+
Foot traffic in 24–48 hours. Cars on a driveway after 7 days. Full strength at 28 days.
Will my concrete crack?+
Concrete cracks — we control where it cracks with properly spaced and sawn control joints. Random cracking outside joints is a workmanship issue and covered by our warranty.
